About Inland Construction
At Inland Construction we have a reliable team of local, specialist tradesmen. We will oversee our client’s complete building project no matter how big or small and ensure that it is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
With over 20 years experience brought from Southport in the UK we specialise in refurbishment, restoration and alteration projects.
As part of the management of the project we will ensure that the client (you) will be kept up to date (including photographs) with each stage of the project via e-mail, phone or fax. We work hand in hand with our clients and ensure excellence throughout.
The major part of project work is carried out by the Inland Construction workforce and as part of our service we work along side a local Architect who will turn rough sketches into workable plans. The Architect’s drawings will then need to be submitted to the Town Hall in order to receive your Building Permit. Our high quality contemporary and traditional building contracts have excelled our knowledge and expertise of building in Spain.

Spanish Building Guide
Building permits (licencias) are necessary before any construction occurs. Even if the foundations are already in place, a portion of the building is already in place, the home is a pre-fab (pre-fabricated) or the building is a primary home, the building permits must be finalised first. Remember that even additions require licencias.
Choosing an Architect
In order to ensure that your new Spanish home is truly the home of your dreams, you must hire an architect who will share your vision.
Architects are highly trained professionals who draft (draw) the building plans for buildings and homes. They work closely with the landowner to create the owner’s ideal home while following the strict.
Building on Urban Land
In Spain, land is classified in three manners. Urbano is land that is ready for urbanization (construction). Zonas Verdes is land that is green zone and cannot be built on at all. Rustico is rustic or agricultural land. The form of land that you choose comes with different restrictions, Rustico is one of the more challenging classifications.
Getting Building Permits
Those who move to Spain looking to build their own homes often face uncertainty on the legalities of purchasing property and then legally building a new home. The last thing any potential home owner wants is to build a home illegally. In general, everything starts with the land you purchase. Within Spain, purchased land.
